Rakkasan Chef provides a wide range of educational services designed to provide individuals and groups with the knowledge to develop a healthier relationship with food. Programs are customized for each client or event and provide an entertaining yet informative way to develop culinary expertise that can be used at home.
Culinary seminars are designed to educate and entertain. Seminars concentrate on the business of creating compelling food that is both healthy and nutritious while explaining the preparation process for maintaining a wholesome quality.
Health Programs are based on ADA guidelines: Classes range in length from 30 minutes to 2 hours and can be condensed or expanded based on client needs to provide more hands on experience and detailed information.
